Jude Bellingham has scooped up yet another award after being named the La Liga Player of the Season for the 2023-24 campaign.

In the latest edition of the Premios AFE (Spanish Footballers' Association), the 21-year-old won the 2023-24 Player of the Season accolade after scoring 19 goals and bagging six assists in 28 games. The England international was delighted after getting the nod in the vote from his fellow La Liga players.

Bellingham, who swapped Borussia Dortmund for Madrid in the summer of 2023, told the club's website: “Thanks for voting for me as AFE player of the season, I'm very proud."

Bellingham was a revelation for Madrid last term, helping Los Blancos to a La Liga and Champions League double. He also came third in this year's Ballon d'Or and the youngster could get even better. Over the course of last season, he also won the 2024 Laureus World Breakthrough of the Year Award and the 2023 Golden Boy Award for Europe's best under-21 player.
