One supporter even went as far as to claim that Clarke will struggle to make his mark at Tottenham and could leave without making too many appearances.
Clarke has been involved in every Championship squad since the middle of September, although he has been used just once off the bench in the league this term.
Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa clearly feels that he does not need the teenager to help him secure a return to the Premier League, and it will be fascinating to see what the future holds for Clarke, who scored twice in 25 first-team appearances last season.
Meanwhile, Tottenham still seemingly have a problem with one of their star players despite the team’s turnaround in form under Jose Mourinho.
